Celebrate the 82nd Birthday of The Cyclone Roller Coaster on Friday June 26th in Coney Island. The first 100 people in line, get to ride the Cyclone for free! Groove to music by Michael W. Haar, The Cranky DJ who will spin original Pop and Dance music from the early 1900's from 11am-1pm, with all records hand-cranked on antique talking machines. The Cyclone Roller Coaster opens @ Noon, but the line starts at dawn!
The Coney Island Cyclone is one of the most famous attractions in Brooklyn, New York. The first rides of the historic roller coaster began on June 26, 1927. Over 80 years later, the Cyclone is still thrilling thousands of riders each year.
