Rooftop films, NYC&Co and CIDC present present Coney Island Flicks on the Beach 2012! On Saturday, July 14th we have a FREE screening of the classic film, Bound for Glory!
Come join the fun at West 12th Street and the Boardwalk, with pre-show activities and entertainment starting at 7:00pm, and the feature film starting around 8:45pm! Parking will be available at the NY Aquarium.
This film is an excellent biography of Woody Guthrie, one of America's greatest folk singers. He left his dust-devastated Oklahoma home in the 1930s to find work, and discovered the suffering and strength of America's working class.
