Cosme's Coney Island Boardwalk Charity Run/Walk & Reception

This is the 17th annual Cosme's Coney Island Boardwalk 5k run/walk benefiting the Coney Island Sports Foundation.  Participants can register Friday, June 6 from 5-8pm or Saturday June 27 from 5-8pm at Cosme's Electric (located at 1726 Mermaid Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224.  You can also register race day.  Advance entry fee is $20, on race day the fee is $22.  Senior citizens age 60 and over and young citizens (age 12 and under) can register for $15.

There will also be a reception at Peggy O'Neill's (17th and Surf Ave) with a DJ, snacks, face painting, beverages, beer and more!  The reception is free for all paid race participants; others attending are asked to make a $10 dollar donation.
