Please note: this is not a roller skating class! please wear work out shoes!!

Punk Rope is a fun, but intense fitness class, which playfully mashes up recess with boot camp.

Each class is a unique blend of creative calisthenics, games/group conditioning drills, relay races, rope jumping, and core training.

Students come in all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. Everybody is welcome!
